Module 1: Your Ideal Morning

Welcome to Day 1: Your Ideal Morning Starts with You

How you start your morning can shape your entire day. This module helps you design a morning routine that energizes you, centers you, and helps you focus — based on your own needs, not someone else’s perfect Instagram routine.

🧠 What You’ll Learn Today

  • How to identify what you need most in the morning (energy, calm, or focus)
  • What’s been getting in your way (barriers and habits)
  • How to start designing a customized morning that supports your goals

🔍 Step 1: Understand What You Need

Ask yourself:

“What do I want to feel when I start my day?”
Your morning should set the tone for the rest of the day — whether that means feeling calm, energized, or laser-focused.

Think about mornings when you felt great. What was different?

Pick one or two of these core needs that matter most to you right now:

  • 🧘 Calm (less stress, more control)
  • ⚡ Energy (wakefulness, movement, motivation)
  • 🎯 Focus (clear mind, ready to work)

🚧 Step 2: Spot the Barriers

If you already know what would help you, why don’t you do it consistently?

Common barriers include:

  • Hitting snooze too many times
  • Checking your phone before getting out of bed
  • Skipping breakfast or hydration
  • Starting your day in reaction mode (emails, social media)

Think: What’s your current biggest obstacle?

📝 Step 3: Download the “Design My Morning” Worksheet

You’ll use today’s worksheet to:

  • Clarify how you want your morning to feel
  • List what helps vs. what hinders you
  • Begin sketching a realistic morning flow (even if it’s only 15–30 minutes)
