🔍 Step 1: Understand What You Need
Ask yourself:
“What do I want to feel when I start my day?”
Your morning should set the tone for the rest of the day — whether that means feeling calm, energized, or laser-focused.
Think about mornings when you felt great. What was different?
Pick one or two of these core needs that matter most to you right now:
- 🧘 Calm (less stress, more control)
- ⚡ Energy (wakefulness, movement, motivation)
- 🎯 Focus (clear mind, ready to work)
🚧 Step 2: Spot the Barriers
If you already know what would help you, why don’t you do it consistently?
Common barriers include:
- Hitting snooze too many times
- Checking your phone before getting out of bed
- Skipping breakfast or hydration
- Starting your day in reaction mode (emails, social media)
